XDRIP Digital Management LLC provides XDRIP Dots on an "as available" basis. Features may evolve, be added, or be removed. We may suspend or terminate access in case of abuse or violation of these terms.

- You are responsible for the security of your wallet, accounts and credentials.
- You will not use the platform for unlawful, fraudulent or infringing purposes.
- You will not attempt to disrupt the platform, abuse rate limits, or scrape protected resources.
- You acknowledge that on-chain transactions are irreversible.
4. Intellectual property
The platform, its design, code and original content are owned by XDRIP Digital Management LLC or its licensors. You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant us a limited license to host and display submitted content for the operation of the service.
5. Third-party services
The platform may link to third-party services (block explorers, partner sites). We are not responsible for their availability, content, or policies.
6. Disclaimer of warranties
The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.
7. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, XDRIP Digital Management LLC will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including lost profits, data, or goodwill, arising out of your use of the platform.

These Terms are governed by the laws of State of Florida, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Disputes will be submitted to the competent courts of that jurisdiction.
