The accelerator protocol

Venture-scale returns, fractionalized

Drive tokenizes cohort-style accelerator equity. Each program runs 12 weeks with 8–12 companies; Growth DOTs represent a pooled claim on the cohort's collective equity, diluting individual bets while preserving upside. Backers participate from $500. Operators — founders, GTM leads, domain mentors — contribute work for co-ownership. When a portfolio company exits, proceeds distribute automatically to DOT holders on the cap table.
